About
Reverend Irma Carew D.M.D.D.
I am a legally ordained minister with the Universal Life Church of Monterey California.
My early years were spent receiving Catholic training and in my youth I was influenced by the teachings of Christianity. Later, as an adult, I received seminary training from ULC studying comparitive religions, spiritual theosophy, and metaphysical healing.
In 2007, I joined the Unitarian Universal Church in Haverhill, MA and in 2010, founded World Family Ministries, choosing to follow a spiritual, rather than religious, calling.
I have received my Doctor of Divinity degree and Doctor of Motivation degree from ULC dedicate my ministry to guiding the evolution of the human spirit through raising awareness of the interconnectedness of all life and the shared desire for all sentient beings to live in a world that is free from suffering.
Today, I live in Haverhill, Massachusetts with my sister, Marie, who is a reverend of the same church, our miniature schnauzer, Spooky, and our domestic short haired cat, Michael Fitzgerald.

"I made a decision to dedicate my life to spiritual teachings and practices after a near fatal automobile accident in 2007.
Since that time I have been on a transformational journey of heightened awareness and enlightenment. My endeavor is to help heal some of the suffering of this world through virtuous leadership, spiritual teachings and personal example."
